ALR + Massage Therapy
RMT Massage
The trained therapist provides hands-on-techniques helping the body achieve multiple benefits from increased flexibility, reduced tension and headaches, improved healing and pain relief, especially when coupled in the rehabilitation phases.
Our bodies respond to massage therapy and benefit from massage under a variety of circumstances , post injury, during and after a stressful event, for regular recovery assistance from daily rigor of life, work and play.
Massage increases blood flow to the area to encourage healing, reduce muscle spasms and tightness. The intensity of the massage can be deep or superficial, localized or general depending on the need. The treatments can be from a half hour or longer. It can be as frequent as weekly during the stages of healing or regularly throughout the year for maintenance.
